FoskyTech Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
Welcome to the various online products and services provided by FoskyTech (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), including but not limited to the official website, enterprise management platform, mobile applications, API interfaces, and other related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Service").
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service. You should carefully read and agree to all contents of these Terms before accessing, registering, or using the Service. Once you log in through the Single Sign-On system (SSO) or actually use the Service, it indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted all contents of these Terms.
2. Account and Login
- The Service provides login and authentication through a Unified Identity Authentication System (SSO). Users must use the login methods provided by the Company (including but not limited to mobile phone number, email, third-party authorized login, etc.) for identity verification.
- Users shall properly safeguard their account and password, and shall not lend, transfer, or authorize others to use their account. Users shall bear full responsibility for any account security issues caused by their own reasons.
- If any unauthorized use of an account or security vulnerability is discovered, please notify the Company immediately.
3. Service Content
- The Company provides functional services including but not limited to online system access, information management, data interaction, and API interface access for individual users, enterprise users, and relevant departments.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust, upgrade, or modify the service content based on business development, and will notify users through the official website, announcements, or emails.
- The Company may suspend or terminate part or all of the Service in accordance with laws, regulations, and its own management needs.
4. User Obligations and Commitments
Users shall comply with laws, regulations, social morality, and these Terms when using the Service, and shall not use the Service for the following activities:
- Activities that violate national laws and regulations;
- Activities that infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights and interests;
- Uploading, publishing, or disseminating data containing malicious code, spam, or illegal content;
- Interfering with or disrupting system operation or gaining unauthorized access through abnormal means.
Users shall bear responsibility for all operations conducted through their account.
If a user violates these Terms, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate their eligibility to use the Service, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
5. Data and Privacy Protection
- The Company strictly complies with relevant laws and regulations and adopts reasonable security measures to protect users' personal information and data security.
- Data uploaded, submitted, or generated by users while using the Service belongs to the users or their authorized entities. The Company only uses such data within the scope necessary for providing the Service.
- Without user authorization or legal requirement, the Company will not disclose user information to third parties.
- The Company may analyze and use de-identified user data for purposes such as service improvement and statistical analysis.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content within the Service (including but not limited to text, images, icons, interface design, program code, and other materials) is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and related laws.
- Without written permission from the Company, no entity or individual may reproduce, distribute, display, modify, decompile, or otherwise use the Service content by any means.
- Content submitted by users during the use of the Service remains the intellectual property of the users or relevant rights holders. However, users agree to grant the Company a usage license within the scope of the Service to facilitate service provision and product improvement.
7. Disclaimer
- The Company will make every effort to ensure the stability and security of the Service, but does not guarantee that the Service will be free from interruptions, delays, or errors.
- The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by the following circumstances:
- Force majeure (including natural disasters, policy adjustments, network outages, etc.);
- Improper user operation or non-compliant usage;
- Third-party system or network failures.
- Users understand and agree that the Service may rely on technologies or services provided by third parties. The Company shall not be liable for issues caused by third-party reasons.
8. Service Changes and Termination

- If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts.
- These Terms shall take effect from the date of the user's first login or use of the Service.
