Thank you for using Travel Ticket Folder (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This App is developed and operated by FoskyTech and provides login, authentication, and account services through the Company's self-built SSO Unified Identity System.
This Privacy Policy aims to explain how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information through the SSO system and the App. When you register or log in to the App, you are actually logging into the FoskyTech SSO Account System. Therefore, this Privacy Policy applies in conjunction with the FoskyTech Privacy Policy. Please read carefully and fully understand each section, as well as the related separate agreements. If you do not agree to any content in this Privacy Policy, please immediately stop using or accessing our products and services.

Travel Ticket Folder is a cross-platform travel ticket management tool developed by FoskyTech, designed to provide users with an integrated experience of ticket collection, itinerary recording, and travel information management.

2. Scope of Information Collection and Use
We only collect information necessary for the core functions of Travel Ticket Folder, including the following two categories:
(1) Information Collected Through the SSO System
Managed and protected uniformly by SSO, including:
- Account Information: Username, email, mobile phone number (used for login verification);
- Credential Information: Password (encrypted storage, irreversible), login token;
- Personal Profile: Avatar, gender, birthday, personal signature (optional);
- Login Records: IP, device UA, etc. (used for security auditing and protection);
- Payment Information: Used for membership subscriptions and service purchases.
SSO is your sole identity credential in this App and other FoskyTech products. Travel Ticket Folder does not independently store or redundantly collect this information.

- Payment order identifiers generated by third-party applications, transmitting payment status (success/failure);

3. Information Use and Processing Methods
Account Verification: Login and identity verification are completed through the SSO system, and cross-device synchronization is achieved through the [Travel Ticket Folder] backend;
Cloud Synchronization: When you enable cloud synchronization, itinerary and ticket data will be uploaded to the [Travel Ticket Folder] cloud server for encrypted storage;
Local Processing: Camera OCR recognition, temporary caching, offline browsing, and other operations are completed locally and do not upload recognized images;
Encryption and Security: All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS, and server storage uses encryption and permission-tiered mechanisms;
Analysis and Statistics: We may analyze user behavior anonymously to improve the product experience, without identifying individual identities.
4. Permission Requests and Usage Description (Appendix)
To implement features, the App will request the following permissions. We only invoke them during feature usage, and all require user authorization:

Notes:
- Features corresponding to unauthorized permissions will not be available;
- Disabling permissions will not affect account login and basic browsing functions;
- All sensitive data follows the principle of minimization and is limited to necessary purposes only.
5. Information Storage and Deletion
- Storage Location: All data is stored within China;
- Retention Period: Data will be retained until the user actively deletes it, disables cloud synchronization, or deletes the account;
- Deletion Methods:
- Local data can be cleared through the app settings cache or by logging out;
- Cloud data can be deleted within the app's "Delete Data" feature or by deleting the SSO account;
- After deleting the SSO account, all cloud data will be permanently deleted, except where required by law.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Sharing may only occur under the following circumstances:
- With your explicit authorization;
- Necessary third-party services: Maps (Tianditu), payment channels (Alipay/WeChat), login methods (WeChat/Huawei Unified Login), etc.;
- In compliance with legal and regulatory requirements or directives from regulatory authorities;
- Company merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer (we will notify you in advance).
7. Your Rights
You can manage your personal information through the following methods:
- View, correct, or delete personal information;
- Revoke authorization or disable permissions;
- Delete SSO account (see Deletion Channel);
- Contact us to exercise your rights of access, correction, or deletion.
We will respond to your request within 15 business days.
8. Protection of Minors
If you are a minor under 18 years of age, you should use the App with guardian consent. We do not proactively collect sensitive information from minors.
9. Policy Updates and Notifications
If the policy changes, we will provide prominent notifications within the App and on the official website. Major changes (such as new data types or modified usage purposes) will require your renewed consent.
