Applying for Deletion

You can apply for account deletion through the following channel: Click to go to the deletion page

After the deletion process is initiated, the system will perform a security verification on your account. If the verification is passed, the account will enter a "Deletion Pending" state, and all associated data will be permanently deleted after the statutory retention period.

If you have already initiated the deletion process and wish for it to take effect immediately, you can submit an application through the customer service channel or email.

Application Template:

Request for Immediate Deletion:
Account: [Username / Phone Number / Email]
Reason: I, [name], hereby apply for account deletion on [date, location] due to [specific reason]. I confirm that I will no longer use this account, and I understand that all related data after deletion (including but not limited to personal profile, login records, order records, etc.) will be permanently deleted. I request immediate deletion.

Once the account deletion is completed, all data will be irreversibly deleted. Please proceed with caution.

Revoking Deletion

If the account has entered the deletion process but has not been permanently deleted, you may apply to revoke the deletion within two months. After revocation, the account status will be restored to normal, and the original data will be preserved.

Reason: Due to [specific reason], I need to restore my account and request to revoke the deletion.

Revocation applications will be processed within 3 business days after system verification.

Important Notes

• After initiating the deletion request, you will no longer be able to log in or use related services;
• Accounts that are under dispute, have outstanding payments, under investigation, or are in violation status cannot be deleted until the issues are resolved;
• If you have completed identity verification, relevant identity information will be retained until the statutory period before being automatically cleared.
