Account Suspension and Unbanning
Suspension Scenarios
To ensure platform security and fairness, the Company reserves the right to take suspension measures (including login restrictions, feature restrictions, or permanent bans) against accounts in the following circumstances:
- Violation of national laws and regulations or the Company's Terms of Service;
- Malicious registration, system attacks, API abuse, fraud, or other such behaviors;
- Repeated violations, appeals, or complaints;
- Other behaviors that affect others' use or system security.
Suspension types include:
- Temporary Suspension: Short-term restriction of login or operations, which can be restored after rectification;
- Permanent Ban: Permanent account deactivation due to serious violations.
Unban Application
If you believe the suspension decision was made in error, you may file an appeal within 30 days of receiving the notification. The appeal must provide identity verification information and relevant supporting materials.

Reason: I was suspended due to [reason]. I have now understood and corrected the relevant issues and request the restoration of my account access.The unban review time is 3-7 business days, and the result will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
Special Notes
- Accounts that are under judicial investigation, have outstanding payments, or are involved in serious violations such as fraud will not be unbanned;
- If an account is temporarily suspended due to system security reasons, the Company will automatically restore the account after the risk is resolved;
- After submitting an unban application, please do not submit duplicate requests to avoid affecting review efficiency.
