Billing and Payment Information
Invoice Issuance
If you purchase memberships or other paid services through this platform, you may apply for an electronic invoice. The following conditions must be met for invoicing:
- The order has been paid and not refunded;
- Complete invoicing information is provided (company name, tax ID, email address, etc.);
- Supported invoice type: General Electronic Invoice (VAT);
- The invoicing cycle is generally within 7 business days after successful payment.
You can submit an application through the account center or customer service email.
Refund Policy
- For orders that have been paid, if the refund conditions are met, you can apply for a refund through the order page or customer service;
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment channel (such as Alipay, WeChat Pay). The arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the payment channel;
- For orders with invoices issued, the invoice must be voided or credited before refund processing;
- Virtual services (such as membership subscriptions) are generally not eligible for full refunds once used, unless due to system issues.
The review time for refund applications is generally 3-5 business days.
The above refund policy does not apply to Apple App Store. Please refer to the App Store Purchase Policy.
Billing Records
- Users can view historical bills and order details in the SSO account center or business system;
- Billing information includes: order number, payment time, amount, payment channel, status, etc.;
- If any billing anomaly is found, please report it to customer service within 30 days.
Apple App Store Subscription Terms
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to the following terms:
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are auto-renewing subscriptions that will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Renewal and Charges
- Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
- Upon successful payment, the subscription period will be automatically extended
- Renewal fees will be determined based on the subscription plan you selected
Canceling Subscription
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your Apple ID (name bar at the top)
- Select Subscriptions
- Find the corresponding app and tap it
- Select Cancel Subscription
After canceling, you can continue to use the subscription features until the end of the current subscription period.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period ends. If you do not wish to continue subscribing, please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in the local currency of your Apple ID account's region
- Prices may vary by region
- Payment will be completed through your Apple ID account

Family Sharing
Some subscription plans support Family Sharing, allowing sharing with up to 6 family members. Please check the subscription details for specific support.
