Travel Ticket Folder Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

Welcome to the Travel Ticket Folder application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This App is developed and operated by FoskyTech, providing users with ticket management, travel records, document storage, cloud synchronization, route planning, and other related services.

To protect your rights, please carefully read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") before use. When you register, log in, or use the App, it indicates that you have fully understood and agreed to all contents of these Terms.

If you do not agree to any content of these Terms, please immediately stop using the App.

2. Service Content

1. The App provides login and authentication services through the Unified Identity Authentication System (SSO).
2. Core features include but are not limited to:
   • Storage and management of electronic tickets, boarding passes, ship tickets, and other travel documents;
   • Secure storage of ID cards, passports, student IDs, and other identification documents;
   • Organization and display of travel plans and trip records;
   • Location-based itinerary prompts, recommendations, and synchronization;
   • Cloud backup, cross-device synchronization, and data recovery services.
3. The App may add, modify, or discontinue certain features based on business adjustments, and will notify users through system announcements or update notifications.

3. Account and Login

1. Users must log in to the App using a FoskyTech SSO Account. The registration, login, deletion, and security management of accounts follow the FoskyTech Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Users shall properly safeguard their account information and shall not lend their account to others.
3. If abnormal login or account theft is detected, please contact customer service immediately.

4. User Code of Conduct

Users shall not engage in the following activities while using the App:

1. Uploading, storing, or disseminating illegal or infringing content;
2. Forging ticket or identification information, or impersonating another person's identity;
3. Using crawlers, automated scripts, or other methods to batch-operate the system;
4. Disrupting, interfering with, or attempting to infiltrate the App's servers, interfaces, or databases;
5. Using the App content for commercial purposes without authorization.

If a user violates the above provisions, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate their eligibility to use the App and pursue relevant legal liabilities.

5. Data and Services

1. Ticket and itinerary data provided by the App is for personal reference and record-keeping only and does not carry legal validity.
2. Cloud synchronization services depend on the network environment and server operational status. The Company will make every effort to ensure stability but does not guarantee complete uninterrupted service.
3. Users understand and agree that the App may conduct statistical analysis of anonymized usage data to improve the service experience.

6. Intellectual Property

1. All content and programs of the App (including interface design, icons, code, copywriting, etc.) are owned by the Company.
2. Content generated by users during use (such as custom notes, saved data, etc.) remains owned by the users, but users authorize the Company to perform necessary storage and backup during the service period.

7. Disclaimer

1. The Company will make every effort to ensure data security and service stability, but shall not be liable for the following circumstances:
   • Information leakage or accidental deletion caused by the user's own actions;
   • Third-party service failures (such as payment channels, map services, etc.);
   • Temporary interruptions caused by force majeure or system maintenance.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users relying on the App's data.

8. Service Changes and Termination

1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms based on legal policies or business adjustments. Modifications will be notified or announced within the App.
2. Users may stop using the App at any time; if a user is banned due to violation of laws or these Terms, the Company reserves the right to terminate the service in advance.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court at the Company's location.
